Raw Data: Optical density & pH values of bacteria supplemented with Nitrate

Data for Chapter 2 of the thesis: Effect of Electron Acceptors on Oral Microbial Community Composition and Function

This raw dataset includes all optical density readings and pH values to generate the graphs from Chapter 2 when supplemented with Nitrate. There is a second file which has all the raw data for Nitrite.
