Raw data: Optical density & pH values of bacteria supplemented with Nitrite

Data for Chapter 2 of the thesis: Effect of Electron Acceptors on Oral Microbial Community Composition and Function


This raw dataset includes all optical density readings and pH values to generate the graphs from Chapter 2 when supplemented with Nitrite. There is a second file which has all the raw data for Nitrate.
