Figure 3 Electrical characteristics of measuring flashes, Figure 4 Measuring flash linearity range, and Figure 5 Harmonic light cross-talk at high frequencies

The Mathworks MATLAB script measuringPulse.m processes measurement data to produce the graphs in Figures 3, 4, and 5 of the manuscript. These graphs characterize the measurement pulses and the cross-talk between the harmonic light and the fluorescence yield measurement from the measuring pulses. The script requires ImageMagick for image processing and needs to be run on a Linux or MAX OS X operating system with ImageMagick installed or needs to be modified accordingly for Windows.
