Python script PM100Arecord.py was used to acquire data from the PM100A power meter. The Mathworks MATLAB script analyzePPFD.m processes measurement data to produce the graphs in Figure 9 of the manuscript and the colored Table II. These graphs show the dependence of the photosynthetic photon flux density (PPFD) on the Harmonizer settings.

PM100A power meter by Thorlabs equipped with an S120VC photodiode module were used to measure the irradiance at the sample measurement plane of the Harmonizer.
