Video of fluorescence lifetime images acquired at one frame per second and showing diffusing C. vulgaris cells. The cells are live and dark acclimed and part treated with DCMU herbicide. The fluorescence lifetime of those cells is increased due DCMU blocking electron acceptor oxidation and thus reaction center quenching.
