Video of fluorescence lifetime images acquired with 1 um axial spacing and showing immobilized live GUVs made of DPPC/cholesterol mixture and labelled with di-4-ANEPPDHQ dye in a 3D projection rotating around the Y axis.

This video is a supplement to the article "A time-correlated single photon counting SPAD array camera with a bespoke data-processing algorithm for lightsheet fluorescence lifetime imaging (FLIM) and FLIM videos"

Collection method

Fluorescence lifetime microscopy with QuantiCam SPAD array sensor. 60x 1.49 NA oil objective, and Mizar Tilt selective plane illumination module. GUVs were immobilized in low melting temperature agarose.
