Video of fluorescence lifetime images acquired with 1 um axial spacing and showing immobilized live GUVs made of DOPC and labelled with di-4-ANEPPDHQ dye in a 3D stack fly-through.

Collection method

Fluorescence lifetime microscopy with QuantiCam SPAD array sensor. 60x 1.49 NA oil objective, and Mizar Tilt selective plane illumination module. GUVs were immobilized in low melting temperature agarose.
