This collection contains the supplementary data, source code, and videos for an article: "A time-correlated single photon counting SPAD array camera with a bespoke data-processing algorithm for lightsheet fluorescence lifetime imaging (FLIM) and FLIM videos".

The collection contains data from fluorescence lifetime measurements on live algae cells and giant unilamellar vesicles demonstrating still, time series, and 3D selective plane illumination fluorescence lifetime imaging with a SPAD camera. The collection includes a software package and calibration data to process the measurement data. The calibration data can only be used with exactly the same sensor, so it  is not universally applicable. The software, on the other hand, is general.

Each dataset comes with scripts (MATLAB) for processing the data and  the analyzed results to create figures and videos ultimately becoming part of the manuscript.
